Our client is seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join their dynamic and collaborative team. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, this full-time role will help lead the creative and production design process across three distinct brands.

The ideal candidate will have a keen design eye, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining consistency and quality across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Packaging Roll-Out (25%)

• Create and execute branded packaging aligned with established guidelines.
• Develop dielines, structural mockups, and oversee production proofing.
• Manage the internal artwork approval process from concept to final file release.

Creative Materials & Collateral (25%)

• Collaborate with Brand Management teams to produce materials such as product catalogs, mailers, sell sheets, displays, and trade show graphics.
• Support sell-in/sell-through initiatives through well-designed collateral.

Digital Content (25%)

• Design promotional emails and digital advertisements.
• Partner with digital/social teams to develop visually compelling content for the website and social media platforms.

Special Projects (25%)

• Contribute to trend research and market analysis.
• Assist with photo and video shoot planning.
• Create packaging mockups and planogram renderings for retail accounts and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in beauty or lifestyle categories
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Familiarity with production processes and working with printers
• This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence at least one day per week in Mount Prospect, IL
