Job DescriptionWe are looking for a customer-focused professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding service and building positive relationships. In this role, you will assist customers by answering questions, coordinating service requests, and ensuring they receive timely updates throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and business partners through phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding orders, shipments, scheduling, and service-related inquiries.
- Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments while ensuring efficient communication between all parties.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns by collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and transportation providers.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and service updates.
- Manage a high volume of inquiries while providing prompt, professional, and solution-oriented support.
- Handle customer concerns with empathy and work toward timely, satisfactory resolutions.
- At least 1 year of corporate customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
