Substitute Teacher
River Trails School District 26 is seeking to hire individuals to substitute teach in all of our schools. Responsibilities include delivering instruction in the absence of the classroom teacher via provided lesson plans, providing support to students, and performing related job duties and responsibilities carried out by the absent teacher. Incentives include a daily rate up to $130 per day, with bonuses earned after 30, 70, and 100 working days.
Requirements include having one of the following licenses through the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE):
Professional Educator License (PEL) or Substitute License (SUB). For licensure information, please visit ISBE.
