Responsibilities- Management of several cell suppliers in China
- Cell part approval
- Cell manufacturing supervision
- Cell specification discussion and alignment with Bosch System Engineering and Supplier
- Coordination with plant, supplier, and development
- Close alignment with Bosch purchasing
- Cell contact person to customers
- Responsible for time, spec, costs of the cell
- MSc or PhD in engineering, chemistry, physics or related field
- Greater than 3 years experience in Li‑Ion cell development
- Overview of technical expertise of Chinese cell suppliers
- Experience in automotive development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer and solution orientation
- Excellent cross-cultural skills (Germany, USA, Japan, China)
- Strong-willed
- International travelling
- Good English skill in both written and oral
- Good spirit and ability in team work
