IBJI is looking for a dynamic Physical Therapist to work at our growing Mount Prospect location. This clinician will be responsible for working with a wide variety of clients and enjoy a primarily orthopedic caseload where Physical Therapists have the ancillary support to allow them to concentrate on their patients.
Experience with hockey and overhead athletes preferred. The therapist will be coordinating with HPI trainers and their athletes on-site.

The position is under the general direction of the Facility Manager. The main focus of the position is on providing superior outpatient rehabilitation services through a collaborative care model with our physicians in order to optimize performance and enhance the quality of function for our patients.
Responsibilities- Exceptional patient care
- Interprets physician orders, performs initial evaluations and establishes treatment plans and functional goals
- Responsible for upgrading and amending the treatment goals as necessary during the episode of care Written documentation on patient status to physicians per compliance guidelines of IBJI rehab
- Determine appropriate discharge timeline and appropriate follow up
- Supervision of Rehabilitation Technicians with patient care and administrative staff as needed
- Compliance with daily paperwork. PT/PTAs/ATCs are responsible for documenting all treatment in patient charts in a timely manner (initial evals, daily notes, progress notes, discharges, HEP)
- Stays current with billing policies and demonstrates ethical billing practices
