The primary objective of the Inventory & Materials Management Supervisor is to ensure all current policies, procedures, and processes are being adhered to as well as to supervise the daily work flow of the department.
You will oversee an average of 20 direct reports in this role.
Shift: 9:00am-7:00pm with flexibility.

1. Responsible for having a complete knowledge of all Inventory Control/Procurement software and applications as well as be able to administer training in these software applications.
2. Provide individual and department training, coaching, counseling, and motivation.
3. Follow Best Practices for Effective Inventory Management.
4. Ensure the department completes all necessary work by the end of the day which includes that all purchase order receipts are received each day must be "received" and put away in the system and into their assigned locations.
Required Qualifications- Prior Inventory experience
- 1+ years of leadership experience with direct management of a team of 10 or more
- Must have strong computer skills (Microsoft Office including Excel)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to obtain an IL pharmacy technician license
- SAP Materials Management background
- High School Diploma or GED
