Monday–Friday | 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

Salary Range: $18.00 To $21.00 Hourly

The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up and operating various types of production machinery and equipment in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role works closely with production team members, quality assurance technicians, and maintenance personnel to ensure efficient operations, high‑quality output, and adherence to product specifications.

• Load and unload raw materials into production machinery to maintain continuous and efficient operations
• Inspect finished products at regular intervals to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met
• Accurately complete required production reports and data entries in a timely manner
• Start up production lines and verify proper machine setup and functionality
• Set up, adjust, and calibrate machinery in accordance with production specifications and standard operating procedures
• Verify incoming materials for accuracy, quality, and readiness for production use
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues during operation to minimize downtime
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free work area
• Work collaboratively with production, quality, maintenance, and material handling teams to support efficient workflow

• Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Working knowledge of production machinery and equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Results‑driven, dependable, and self‑motivated work ethic
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional team members
• Demonstrated problem‑solving skills related to operational and maintenance issues
• Experience performing quality control checks and completing required production reporting
• Ability to train or assist other employees as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal work instructions in English
• Basic math skills required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support production operations

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and twisting
• Manual dexterity to operate machinery, tools, and controls
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and moving machinery
• Required use of personal protective equipment, including steel‑toe boots

• Work is performed in a manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse environment.
• This role involves regular exposure to dust, laundry detergent odors, and elevated noise levels.
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel‑toed shoes must be worn as required.
• Work pace may be fast with frequent deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Regular exposure to moving mechanical equipment, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery.
