- Perform stages of planting tasks (Seedings, transplanting, harvesting)
- Ensuring all products meet high standards
- Packaging of harvested produces for delivery and/ Shipment
- Upkeep records pertaining to Production, Plant Health and Grow system
- Perform and follow housekeeping checklists throughout the farm and farm equipment
- Practice standard operating procedures to ensure corps’ health, minimize wastage and increase yield
- Ensuring our crops growth requirements, such as lighting, soil PH, and nutrients, are consistently met
- Identifying and resolving potential threats to crop yields, such as applying pests. management practices
- Full compliance in using personal protective equipment and adhering to workforce health & safety and food safety practices
- Report and assist CTO in on-going and ad-hoc projects
- Minimum Diploma or ITE in Plant Science, Agriculture, Agronomy, Environmental Science, or related fields
- Good communication skills
- Able to take initiative to improve processes and troubleshoot problems
- Able to organize well and adhere to deadlines
- Preferably have experience or interest in farming or gardening environment
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Full-time minimum 6 months required
