Senior Manager, Events & Experiential Marketing

Job Description

As the Events Manager for Bosch Power Tools North America, you will be the driving force behind the brand's experiential marketing strategy. Your role includes owning the end‑to‑end planning and execution of critical brand activations, including major trade shows and user events. You will create immersive and memorable experiences that build brand loyalty, engage our target audience, and solidify Bosch's position as an industry leader.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external agency partners to deliver flawless events that generate measurable results.

• Bachelor’s degree required, or 5‑7 years of equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proven expertise managing large‑scale trade shows and experiential programs.
• Demonstrated project management skills with ability to manage multiple long‑lead projects simultaneously, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong financial acumen to manage significant budgets and negotiate with external agencies and vendors.
• Exceptional collaboration ability to lead through influence, fostering strong relationships with cross‑functional teams, agency partners, and executive stakeholders.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends, and experience in creative development and leveraging PR and social media to amplify event impact.

U.S. base salary range: $112,000 to $122,000. The range is a reflection of experience, knowledge, and role complexity. Additional incentives may be available.
