Hospice Registered Nurse (RN)

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Hospice team in Franklin Park, Illinois, responsible for management and delivery of patient care plans in a team‑based environment.

• Collaborate with the Hospice team to manage and deliver patient care plans.

• RN license in the state of practice.
• Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Minimum two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend approximately 20% of the day driving to patient locations.
• Commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting.
• Ability to self‑manage time and schedule.
• Experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.
• Proficiency in Russian or Spanish is a plus.

Base salary plus a $10,000 first‑year success bonus and potential productivity bonuses. Compensation potential varies by market and includes base pay, first‑year bonus, and additional shift work (after hours, weekends, on‑call) paid at a premium.
