FULL-TIME/PART-TIME: Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

PLEASE NOTE: A required assessment must be completed prior to interview.

Assist customers in checking their services, upgrading cell phones, selecting different packages, purchasing the latest devices and accessories, and changing home services to Direct TV. Utilize an advanced point of sale and activation system. Maintain store appearance and stock and support local events.

• Provide excellent customer service to locals visiting the store for services and product upgrades.
• Guide customers through plans, devices, accessories, and activation of home services.
• Use POS system to process sales, returns, and upgrades.
• Maintain store cleanliness and product displays.
• Support store events and promotions.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; BS/BA preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of proven work history & success in retail sales or a customer‑direct business.
• Physical capacity to work 40+ hours per week, participate in local events, stand for extended periods, and manage store setup and teardown.
