Game Stop - 1026 South Elmhurst Road - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs during every transaction;
Support the store environment, including visual and operational aspects, and contribute to all store sales initiatives during the holiday season;
Collaborate with the store team to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines;
Assist in stocking/restocking merchandise and transferring products from stock room to selling floor and ensuring items are well-presented;
Meet or exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals and address guest questions, escalating issues to a store keyholder when needed
