Game Stop - 1026 South Elmhurst Road - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class customer service by promptly greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.;
Assist guests with product recommendations and complete transactions with selling behaviors.;
Maintain store environment and merchandising according to company guidelines.;
Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure presentation is organized and alphabetized.;
Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals and escalate guest issues when needed.
