• Engage with customers about NRG electricity and gas services.
• Work within your local retailer to promote services and help customers reduce energy costs.
• Discover consumer desires, overcome objections, and offer appropriate solutions.
• Build professional relationships with customers and team members.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and celebrate successes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, presentable kiosk/station and accurately record all sales.
• Submit all required paperwork completely and on time.
• Ensure no door‑to‑door, cold calling, or telemarketing is performed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Knowledge of relevant products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Integrity and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.

• Base pay $800‑$1,000 weekly with a first‑sale bonus.
• Uncapped commission and a base‑pay raise every 6 months.
