Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and assist with visitor, staff, and vendor interactions in a courteous and professional manner.;
Support a professional environment by remaining visible throughout the location, communicating clearly with staff and guests, and following post orders for daily operations and/or incident response.
