Service Now Expert

Service Portal team is looking for a Service Now expert who will help in consulting with the design and analysis of the Service Now – Service Portal customization solutions, providing the technical directions, best practices and configuration of environments. Ability to analyze current, non-Service Now portal features and transfer capabilities into Service Now Service Portal.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and document robust solutions, including UI customization and interfaces utilizing Service Now platform and Service Portal
Design and develop solutions in AngularJS/JavaScript (ReactJS is a plus)
Translate user and architectural requirements into secure, well-tested implementations
Ability to develop and customize APIs within Service Now platform
Conduct full SDLC to develop, unit-test, deploy, maintain codebases and peer review code changes
Implement and share solutions based on Service Now best practices
Resolve tough problems with the ideal solution, partnering effectively with various team members along the way
Remain up-to-date on latest Service Now features, solutions and capabilities
Work collaboratively with teams across multiple time zones and locations

Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience with Service Now as Service Portal UI developer (customizing Portal with AngularJS) including relevant Service Now modules, such as UI Builder.
