Shift Details:
Monday - Friday 6.30 am - 15.00pm. Actual duties and responsibilities may vary based on business needs, local requirements, and operational practices. Where a team member's role is governed by an employment agreement, local terms and conditions, prior job description or collective bargaining agreement, those documents shall prevail in case of any inconsistency. Mandatory local laws shall also prevail.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinating shipment planning and execution activities for sensitive, high-value, or time-critical materials across domestic and international transportation networks.
• Ensuring shipment requirements, routing details, handling instructions, and documentation are accurate and complete to support compliant and timely delivery.
• Communicating with clients, carriers, customs contacts, and internal stakeholders to facilitate shipment movement and resolve routine transportation issues.
• Monitoring shipment status and exception points and updating relevant stakeholders to support visibility and continuity of service.
• Supporting the development of shipment solutions that align with customer requirements, transportation constraints, and regulatory considerations.
• Maintaining shipment records, tracking information, and operational updates to support traceability and logistics coordination.
• Coordinating with network partners and service providers to support handoffs, transit milestones, and final delivery outcomes.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination, transportation operations, customer care, supply chain support, or a related field required.
• Certification in dangerous goods handling, cold chain logistics, forklift operation, licensure in commercial vehicle operation appropriate for assigned vehicle class and transported materials or equivalent preferred.
