As a Shipping Handler, you will be responsible for the supply replenishment, metering, and sorting of prescription orders in accordance with standard operating procedures and work instructions. You will be involved in regular packing, bulk packing, and cold packing, and you will be cross‑trained on other shipping functions as assigned within the facility. This role ensures accuracy and quality standards when performing all shipping functions, including metering prior to automated packing and sack‑changing processes in the eurosort.

You will act as a liaison across multiple business units for shipping best practices and problem solving.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to reach, twist, turn, bend, stoop, walk and lift up to 40 pounds
• Detail oriented and task focused
• Regular and predictable attendance
• Colleague will be required to work mandatory overtime or extended work week when needed

• Experience in a Warehouse, Fulfillment Center and/or Inventory Environment – Experience working in a Mail Order Pharmacy
• Basic familiarity with warehouse tools and equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, handheld scanners)

Verifiable high school diploma or GED required

The typical pay range for this role is $16.00 - $28.84 per hour. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

In addition to the base pay range, this position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program.
