This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mount Vernon, IL, for a Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician will perform day-to-day tasks such as maintaining and repairing equipment, conducting routine preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting mechanical and technical issues. Additional responsibilities include ensuring the upkeep of property systems and facilities while adhering to safety guidelines and operational standards.

• Skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance
• Expertise in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical or mechanical issues
• Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair processes
• Ability to use tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in maintenance-related fields preferred
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects
• Previous experience in property or industrial maintenance is a plus
