Coordinate daily maintenance services with nursing services when performing routine assignments in resident living areas;
Establishes expectations related to cleanliness, sanitation, and environmental appearance of the facilities interior and exterior in accordance with facility objectives;
Monitors the care and use of supplies and equipment to assure resources are available and effective to meet the needs of the facility inspections;
Conducts rounds with facility level at least monthly and as needed including performing regular inspections of resident common areas and rooms for sanitation, order, safety, and proper performance of assigned duties;
Ensure that maintenance schedules are followed as outlined for respective shift or area
