Position: Maintenance Supervisor (Night Shift)

Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year

Responsibilities

Oversee the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment, including PLC systems, lathe, mill, pneumatic systems, and other machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and performance.

Troubleshoot and repair electronic and robotic systems, coordinating with external service providers as necessary.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards, fostering a culture of safety and quality within the maintenance team.

Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.

Participate in cross‑functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in maintenance within manufacturing.

Extensive knowledge of PLC systems, lathe, mill, and other manufacturing equipment.

Proven experience with machine maintenance tech, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, and equipment maintenance.

Strong understanding of electronic and robotic systems.

Strong supervisory skills, ability to lead and motivate a team.

Solid knowledge of quality control principles and safety compliance.

Excellent mechanical knowledge, troubleshooting ability.

Strong problem‑solving skills, quick decision making.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Relevant technical qualification advantageous.

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
