Maintain the overall operation of the maintenance department and the appearance and working order of the hotel;
Administer the company’s maintenance and life-safety programs including purchasing, preventative maintenance, and supervision of the maintenance department;
Ensure compliance with policies and applicable laws for a clean, safe environment for guests and associates;
Operate and supervise maintenance of hotel equipment and systems including life safety, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related equipment;
Log and follow up on maintenance requests and communicate condition of the building to management;
Supervise external contractors performing maintenance work
