Maintain the building's physical appearance and working order of the campus and assist with mechanical, electrical and plumbing system functionality and general upkeep;
Ensure the security, cleanliness, preventative maintenance and repair of all engineering department tools, equipment and safety features;
Keep maintenance and engineering storerooms and work areas clean and organized and store tools, equipment and spare parts properly;
Complete delegated work orders in a timely and professional manner and respond to after-hour calls as necessary;
Service the hotels pool, including adjusting chemicals, cleaning filters and recording readings
