Maintenance Technician - Central Park at Whisman Station

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing the source or cause of defects and making repairs;
Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing by conducting pre-move-out inspections and creating a punch list of maintenance work;
Follows procedures to access and obtain materials, supplies, equipment, and tools from the property’s maintenance department and tracks inventory;
Completes documentation and paperwork to ensure service requests are properly recorded and tracked;
Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning and performing minor painting tasks; may assist with vendor coordination and inspections
