Your Role
As a Senior Specialist at Stay Vista , you will be responsible for managing hotel pricing and revenue strategies using strong analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in Excel to analyse data, forecast demand, and track key hotel KPIs. The role involves informed decision-making, effective communication, and collaboration to optimise revenue performance. Experience in hotel revenue management or pricing is required, with preference for multi-property exposure, knowledge of digital distribution and OTA platforms, and certification in Revenue Management
About You
Develop and manage room pricing and revenue strategies to maximize RevPAR
Dynamically adjust rates based on demand, occupancy, events, and market trends
Monitor competitor pricing, market conditions, and booking trends
Forecast occupancy, ADR, and revenue; track key KPIs such as RevPAR and GOPPAR
Prepare and present regular revenue and performance reports
Manage pricing across all distribution channels, ensuring rate parity and optimal channel mix
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Front Office, and E-commerce teams on pricing and contracts
Communicate revenue strategies and insights to hotel leadership
5–6 years of hands-on experience in hotel revenue management.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Economics, or a related field
This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs

Exposure to multi-property hotel operations with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to improve revenue performance across locations.
