Role Overview
The ideal candidate will bring strong operational knowledge of bar management, hands-on mixology expertise, and the ability to drive guest engagement while maintaining strict cost and inventory controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee bar operations and ensure adherence to SOPs

• Craft premium cocktails and signature beverage offerings

• Monitor inventory, wastage, and beverage cost control

• Train and mentor junior bartenders

• Maintain hygiene, compliance, and service excellence standards

• Deliver a memorable guest experience aligned with brand values

Candidate Profile
✔ 3–6 years of relevant bar experience in reputed restaurants
✔ Strong understanding of beverage trends and mixology techniques
✔ Leadership capability with a proactive approach
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Strong focus on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
