Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Food & Beverage (F&B) Sales professional. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients to promote the hotel's food and beverage services. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and securing new sales opportunities, organizing and presenting F&B offerings to potential clients, and collaborating with the culinary and service teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality experiences.

The role also involves achieving sales targets and supporting business growth initiatives.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage concepts
Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build client relationships
Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
Knowledge of Culinary Skills and understanding of menu offerings
Proactive sales mindset with goal-oriented focus
Prior experience in the hospitality and F&B industry is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is an advantage
