Head Bartender

We're looking for a passionate beverage professional to join  The Happy High.  This role goes beyond the bar—it's about shaping the next generation of bartenders, driving innovation in mixology, and contributing to India's growing beverage culture.

In this role, you will:
Conduct mixology and beverage training at our academy and client sites
Curate cocktail menus
Contribute to engaging video content
Manage event bartending and activations
Support business development initiatives

What We're Looking For
Experience & Background
Total experience: 3 to 6 years
Minimum: 3 year of hands-on experience at  top cocktail-forward bars
This is a Mumbai-based role, best suited for candidates who are already located in the city. Relocation support is not available at the moment.

Skills
Speed and efficiency behind the bar with comfort in modern bartending techniques
Strong communication skills with fluency in English
MS Office and general computer proficiency

What's on Offer
Remuneration:  up to INR 6,60,000 in hand per annum basis experience
Performance-based incentives
5-day work week  for balance and flexibility
