Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Associate, located in Mumbai. The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and other designated areas within the property. Daily tasks include cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, replenishing amenities, and ensuring high hygiene standards are met. The role also involves reporting maintenance issues, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring guest satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.
Qualifications
Experience in cleaning, organizing, and maintaining guest rooms and common areas.
Knowledge of housekeeping processes, materials, and equipment usage.
Detail-oriented with excellent observation and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests and team members professionally.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently.
Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
