About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic  Director of Sales  to lead and grow sales operations for a premium catering business in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hospitality, banquets, or large-scale catering, with a proven track record of driving revenue, managing key accounts, and leading sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, event agencies, and premium clientele
Oversee end-to-end sales cycles for weddings, corporate events, and bespoke catering services
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Ensure seamless coordination with operations and culinary teams for event execution
Prepare regular performance reports and sales forecasts

Desired Candidate Profile :
Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury hotels, high-end banquets, or catering sales
Strong network within Mumbai and surrounding regions (preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage high-value events
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
