Position:  Managing Director / Country Head
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and execution-focused leader to drive our India operations and support the company’s long-term growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all operational and commercial activities of the business in India.
Oversee P&L performance and ensure the achievement of strategic and financial objectives.
Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team of 200–500 employees.
Drive operational excellence across procurement, logistics, supply chain, and field operations.
Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
Identify and execute growth opportunities while maintaining a hands-on presence in the field.
Desired Profile
10–15 years of progressive leadership experience, ideally within industrial, logistics, waste management, renewable energy, or related sectors.
Proven experience managing a business with annual revenues of approximately €20–50 million.
Demonstrated success in leading large teams and delivering strong commercial and operational results.
Significant experience working in India, with international exposure—preferably in Europe.
Entrepreneurial, stable, and committed to building a long-term career with the organization.
Hands-on, execution-oriented, and willing to spend substantial time at operational sites.
