Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President – Staff Augmentation to lead our
staffing business, drive strategic growth, and build long-term client partnerships. The ideal
candidate is a proven leader with extensive experience in IT/Non-IT staffing, business
development, client management, and team leadership.
Responsibilities :
Lead and scale the Staff Augmentation business across key markets.
Take end-to-end ownership of the Staff Augmentation business—from market research and lead generation to client acquisition, contract negotiations, delivery coordination, account growth, and long-term customer success.
Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Build, manage, and strengthen enterprise client relationships.
Drive new business acquisition and expand existing accounts.
Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing recruitment and delivery teams.
Ensure operational excellence, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with leadership on business planning, forecasting, and market expansion.
Monitor industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications :
• 10+ years of experience in Staff Augmentation, IT Staffing, or Workforce Solutions.
• Demonstrated success in business development, account management, and revenue generation.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing large teams and delivering against ambitious business goals.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
