Mosquito Technician

This position is on‑site and reports to our Buffalo Grove, Illinois (60089) branch servicing the Mundelein area.

Note:

While applications will be reviewed and interviews may begin earlier, the official start date for this role is expected to be 02/23/2026. Candidates must be available to begin employment on or shortly after that date.

• Perform scheduled mosquito control treatments at residential customer locations according to company procedures and training.
• Apply mosquito control products safely and effectively to exterior areas of customer properties.
• Follow daily routes and service schedules assigned.
• Provide courteous, professional interactions with customers and address basic service‑related questions.
• Maintain accurate service records, service tickets, and system entries, submitting all documentation on time.
• Conduct daily check‑outs with management as required before completing the final stop of the day.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑functioning company vehicle in accordance with company standards.
• Attend required meetings and complete all assigned training, including Pest Web Training.

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license, as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role. Driving record must meet the company’s insurance standards.
• Earn and maintain state‑required training and pest control DOA operator license if applicable (provided).

• Weekly Pay – Get paid every Friday!
• This position offers an hourly base pay of $16.60/hr, additional compensation opportunities.
• Per House Bonus Based On Performance.
• Please note that actual earnings beyond base pay will vary, based on sales, and the estimated range is not a guarantee of wages.

• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces like basements, attics, and other confined areas.
• Capable of regularly lifting up to 50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting.
• Requires clear vision for both close and distant tasks, with adjustable focus.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, perform physical tasks, and manage repetitive motions.
• Exposure to pesticides, chemicals, pests, mold, allergens, and structural hazards; safety gear required.
• Moderate noise level in the work environment.
