Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain patient rooms, bathrooms, and public areas, adhering to infection control and safety standards

• Restock linens, toiletries, and supplies as needed

• Empty trash and recyclables, and sanitize high-touch areas and surfaces

• Perform special tasks as assigned, such as cleaning equipment and furniture

• Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning processes

• Maintain confidentiality and respect patient privacy and dignity

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Prior housekeeping or custodial experience preferred

• Ability to lift, bend, and move supplies and equipment as needed

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
