Housekeeper Floor Tech BOE

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team members (Housekeepers and Floor Techs) to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff, residents, and visitors. This role combines housekeeping and floor care responsibilities, with an emphasis on quality service, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.

8a-4pm / Weekdays, Weekends and Holidays (as scheduled)

• Perform routine cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing, and trash removal.
• Care for floors using appropriate equipment and supplies, including scrubbing, buffing, stripping, waxing, and refinishing as needed.
• Clean and restock restrooms, break areas, and other shared spaces.
• Follow established cleaning schedules, safety procedures, and infection control guidelines.
• Use cleaning products and equipment properly and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Support move-in, move-out, deep cleaning, and special project assignments as needed.
• Maintain a professional, courteous approach when interacting with others.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are stored, handled, and maintained correctly.

• Previous housekeeping, custodial, or floor care experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate or learn floor care equipment and cleaning tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow instructions and schedules.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals, safety practices, and proper equipment use.
• Ability to perform physical tasks that may include standing, walking, bending, lifting, and pushing equipment throughout the shift.

• Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to support changing priorities and occasional special cleaning needs.
