Morning Pointe Senior Living is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to implement and manage the Preventative Maintenance Program across our facilities. You will handle mechanical, electrical, plumbing, emergency systems and safety compliance, while maintaining equipment and records.
Responsibilities include inspections, drills, on-going repairs, and inventory control. A High School diploma or GED is required and a 24-hour pager may be needed for emergencies.
