Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

We are seeking a reliable and meticulous housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of our corporate offices. The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter with a strong work ethic and an exceptional eye for detail. This position is crucial for creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for our employees and guests. We are open to full‑time or part‑time applicants.

• Perform routine and deep cleaning of all office areas, including common spaces, restrooms, and kitchen areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces.
• Restock paper products, toiletries, and other supplies.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Wash windows, doors, and other glass surfaces.
• Notify management of any maintenance issues or necessary repairs.
• Notify management for cleaning inventory needs.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Oversees laundering process from start to finish for our education department (monthly trainings).

• Proven experience as a housekeeper or cleaner is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• High level of integrity and discretion.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to [e.g., 25] pounds.
• Our ideal applicant will be able to work sometime during the core open hours (8am-5pm). If early AM or evening hours are preferred, there is some flexibility as long as there is some overlap with the core hours to ensure ease of in‑person communication.
