Cornerstone Residential is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at our Murray, UT community. You will supervise staff, schedule work orders, monitor safety, and coordinate with the Property Manager to keep buildings, grounds, and amenities in top condition.
The role is part-time, hourly, with Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8am-5pm and on-call weekends. Requires 2+ years residential maintenance, 2-3 years supervisory, HVAC certification, and valid driver’s license.
