Maintenance Technician - Montessa Heights

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing the source or cause of defects and making repairs in accordance with policies and safety standards;
Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing by completing pre-move-out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, obtaining supplies, completing tasks, and inspecting work;
Follows procedures for obtaining materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and other items from the property maintenance department, tracks inventory, and notifies supervisor about re-ordering needs;
Completes documentation and paperwork to document and track service requests;
Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, painting curbs and signage, and performing general cleaning
