• Maintain company property by watering foliage, picking up litter, clearing walkways, etc.
• Set up conference meeting areas.
• Deliver large packages and supplies.
• Order/purchase general supplies.
• Relocate equipment, supplies, and furnishings during office moves.
• Perform building construction, maintenance, and repairs as necessary.
• Maintain HVAC, lighting, electrical, plumbing.
• Maintain building security systems and respond to security and safety issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and with others.

Employee may perform other duties outside the job spectrum as dictated by office workload and staffing requirements. Job may require weekend hours, travel to outer offices, and overtime for moving and setting up furniture in other offices.

The physical demands described are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is required to stand, walk, stoop, or kneel and climb up and down a ladder. The employee must frequently lift and/or move 10-25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 50-100 pounds.
