• Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance schedules that align with production goals while ensuring strict adherence to OSHA and SQF regulatory standards.
• Oversee the lifecycle of work orders, from initial planning and resource allocation to final audit and documentation.
• Optimize inventory levels and maintenance expenditures to drive cost-efficiency and operational excellence.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to maintenance staff, guiding them in the diagnosis, repair, and calibration of complex machinery.
• Coordinate with external contractors and internal leadership to manage large-scale facility repairs and infrastructure projects.
• Analyze maintenance backlogs to prioritize critical tasks, ensuring that equipment reliability remains a top operational priority.
• Supervise the installation, assembly, and dismantling of production assets to maintain a high-functioning facility environment.

• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience in maintenance planning or scheduling.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience within an industrial maintenance environment.
• Proven ability to interpret technical manuals and lead mechanical or electrical troubleshooting efforts.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a high-velocity production setting.

• Advanced certification in maintenance management or reliability engineering.
• Experience utilizing CMMS software to track assets and work order history.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration between maintenance and production teams.
• Deep understanding of preventative maintenance methodologies and root cause analysis.
