Maintenance Technician - Part Time

Position Type: Part-time; ability to be on call for emergencies

Pay Range: Starting at $21+/hour – culture of transparency

As a Maintenance Technician, you will provide high quality service to residents, manage routine maintenance and emergencies, and use our Maintenance Mobile app for work orders. You will ensure the physical integrity of the community, maintain grounds, and support tenant turnover.

• Provide outstanding customer service to all current and future residents
• Complete resident work orders on a timely basis (24 to 48 hours expectation)
• Apply broad knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry maintenance
• Assist with court‑ordered set‑outs when necessary
• Perform unit turnover between residents per company standards (3‑5 days)
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal
• Prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Respond to on‑call emergencies

• 1+ years related experience
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• HVAC training and certification preferred
• Commitment to regular attendance (may include weekend and overtime hours)
• Ability to be on‑call for emergencies
• Proficiency in receiving, managing, and completing work orders using a smartphone app
