Under the direct supervision of the Security and Safety Supervisor, performs various housekeeping and facilities functions. These include but are not limited to: disposing of trash and cardboard, running sweeper/scrubber in warehouse, assisting with facilities related tasks, and performing assigned special projects. This position requires lifting and the safe operation of equipment.

• 60%:
  Housekeeping, trash, cardboard recycling.
• 15%:
  Required to operate sweeper/scrubber and material handling equipment.
• 10%:
  Facility tasks.
• 5%:
  Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
• 5%:
  Back up picking in warehouse when needed.
• 5%:
  Other duties as assigned.

• 2+ years of work experience in facilities/maintenance and custodial/housekeeping. Must be certified to operate all equipment and be able to pass certification tests.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to use scanner systems effectively with minimal errors.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Ability to meet and maintain a set level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, basic math skills, and ability to read.
• Material handling equipment experience is a plus – required to pass certification test.
• Strong team player and the ability to get along with co-workers.
• All tasks to be done in a manner that is in keeping with the overall performance goals of safety, accuracy, productivity, attendance, teamwork.
