Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all manufacturing equipment and facilities infrastructure.
• Develop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
• Implement and monitor preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, environmental, and quality regulations within the facility.
• Manage external vendors and contractors for specialized services and projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and facilities staff.
• Plan and execute facility expansion, renovation, and relocation projects.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing budgets, contractors, and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• Experience with CMMS software and preventative maintenance programs.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS implementation and optimization.
• LEED certification or experience with sustainable building practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software for space planning.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
