As a Grounds Keeper II, you will make dream vacations, providing quality results for our guests by using your pool/landscaping skills, general handyman knowledge, and customer service expertise to ensure the Resort and its exterior are in perfect working order.

• Apply intermediate working knowledge of facilities maintenance such as electrical, plumbing and carpentry as needed.
• Perform plumbing maintenance such as pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers and Jacuzzi tubs using methods that include soldering, PVC, CPVC and fittings.
• Replace breakers, ballasts and other electrical fixtures including switches and sockets; prevent and troubleshoot possible electric hazards.
• Complete preventative programs on all systems such as Pool PMs.
• Maintain Resort exterior and grounds in a proactive manner, provide assistance with Traffic at peak check in times, and ensure pools are in excellent working order at all times.
• Clean and inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor.
• Adhere to the company’s safety programs.
• CPO required.

• A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with team focus.
• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
• Weekend availability.
• CPO.
