Job Description

As a key member of our resort operations team, the Engineering Tech I is the go-to expert for keeping our resort running at its very best! In this role, you’ll take pride in ensuring every resort and unit amenity is maintained to the highest standards, creating a safe, comfortable, and memorable experience for our guests and owners. Your work directly impacts their stay and helps bring our resort to life every day.

• Put your hands‑on skills to work using a variety of tools, from hammers and saws to power drills and electrical testing devices.
• Take pride in your craftsmanship by performing general maintenance duties, including repairs, painting, fixture upkeep, appliance installation/removal, and assisting with unit renovations.
• Keep everything running smoothly by performing routine preventative maintenance to maintain company standards.
• Provide outstanding guest service by responding to service requests quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
• Lend a hand with landscaping and groundskeeping when needed.
• Support Housekeeping and Front Desk teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Follow company policies, OSHA standards, and all applicable city, county, and federal regulations.
• Take on other duties as needed to keep the resort at its best.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Previous maintenance or repair experience in a hospitality or housing environment.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Independent worker with strong problem‑solving and judgment skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
