Evening Property Care & Janitorial Attendant

Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday
Hours: 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM
Pay: $16.00 per hour

We are seeking a dependable, observant, and detail-oriented Evening Property Care & Janitorial Attendant to help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of an upscale residential property.

This position focuses primarily on janitorial duties, common-area upkeep, grounds monitoring, and very light maintenance. The ideal candidate takes pride in keeping a property clean, organized, and welcoming while remaining attentive to unusual activity that should be reported to the appropriate security personnel.

This is not a security guard position. The employee will not confront individuals, enforce rules, or perform security duties. Any concerns or suspicious activity must be promptly reported to onsite security or management.

• Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, entrances, elevators, lobby areas, and other shared spaces
• Empty trash containers and replace liners as needed
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and wipe down surfaces
• Keep exterior grounds, walkways, parking areas, and entrances tidy and free of visible debris
• Complete very light maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, tightening loose fixtures, or reporting repair needs
• Monitor the general appearance and condition of the property during the evening shift
• Remain alert for unusual or suspicious activity and report concerns to onsite security or management
• Observe vehicles in designated parking areas and report vehicles that appear to be missing required guest or parking tags
• Report spills, safety hazards, property damage, lighting issues, or maintenance concerns
• Assist with basic setup, cleanup, and organization of common areas when needed
• Complete routine property walkthroughs as assigned
• Follow all safety procedures, cleaning guidelines, and property policies
• Maintain a professional and respectful presence around residents, guests, vendors, and staff

• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, groundskeeping, property maintenance, or similar experience is preferred
• Ability to work independently and remain productive with limited supervision
• Strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow instructions and report concerns accurately
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and perform light physical tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to safely lift and carry cleaning supplies or materials as required
• Must be available to work Wednesday through Sunday from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays when scheduled

This position involves working throughout the common areas and grounds of a residential property. Duties may be performed indoors and outdoors and may include exposure to changing weather conditions, cleaning products, and routine property activity.
