Complete/fill out and file work orders and submit to dispatcher;
Inspect and perform preventative maintenance;
Respond to work orders and after-hours emergency calls;
Repair/replace doors, windows, walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry; perform remodeling work and water heater maintenance; service pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, and Jacuzzi; soldering, brazing, silver, PVC, CPVC and fittings; reset and replace breakers, ballast and fixtures; repair/replace switches and sockets; prevent and troubleshoot electrical hazards; implement preventative maintenance programs on all systems; follow directives from Maintenance Manager;
complete work assignments for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, appliances, grounds, custodial, and general repairs per requests
