Capital Vacations in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to uphold the resort, amenities and activities while ensuring a safe, well-ordered environment.
You will supervise maintenance staff, perform complex repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC and pool systems, and carry out routine and emergency maintenance. A strong background in facilities maintenance with relevant certifications is preferred.
