Handle other facility-related needs that arise throughout the day
The right person for this position is someone who sees something that needs to be done and takes care of it.
You don't walk past a piece of trash because someone else normally cleans it. You don't wait for a manager to tell you a light is burned out. You don't wait until the break room runs out of supplies before ordering more.
You take ownership.
You should be:
Dependable and punctual
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Mechanically inclined
Experienced with general maintenance and repairs
Comfortable with basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry
Willing to perform cleaning duties when needed
